Terms and Conditions
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
The hotel sets the check-in time after 3 pm and the check-out time until 12pm.
EARLY CHECK IN – LATE CHECK OUT
For early entries as from 9 am and late exits between 12 pm and 6 pm, the additional values equal 50% of the daily rate. Subject to availability. In those cases of entries before 9 am and exits after 6 pm guests must pay for the entire night rate.
NO SMOKING PLACES
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, only in those public areas designated by the hotel. In case of non-compliance, there may be fines related to cleaning and sanitation costs.
PETS
Pets are not admitted within the hotel.
ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES OR REDUCED OR LIMITED MOBILITY
We have only one room adapted for people with reduced mobility. If required, please indicate this at the time of booking, or you can contact us to reserve.
RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFETY
Each room has a safe deposit box. Therefore, the hotel does not hold responsibility for any loss of damage of valuables within its premises.
On the other hand, each room has valuable objects and the guests shall be responsible for any damage, theft or loss. Any expenses derived from repairs or replacements shall be charged to the guests with the amounts set by the hotel.
The hotel is not responsible for changes or cancellations related to or as a result of fires, epidemics or health risks, technical issues with transportation, flight delays due to weather conditions or mechanical reasons, closed airports or ports or any event of force majeure out of control by the hotel.

External services and tours are booked directly with the provider and are subject to its own terms and conditions. The hotel acts as an intermediary and does not hold responsibility for cancellations or changes in the services hired to third parties.
